Easy Chia Seed Coconut Oats

Stay healthy during the lockdown with this easy recipe.
Add 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds and ½ cup of raw oats to a pot with 1 cup boiling water. Simmer on a low heat until oats have soaked up the water. Turn the heat off and add 1/2 cup of coconut milk or cream. Add raisins to sweeten as an alternative to sugar.
Add nuts, banana or cinnamon for flavour.
Add Cocoa Maca Powder for added nutritional benefits. Yum Yum!
